Our AGM this year will be on the weekend of the 27th/28th June, in the city of Leicester.

We're booked in to the Leicester Secular Hall for both days.
We're aiming to start our first infrastructure safari at 11am, and we'll do registration and formalities after that, along with lunch at the venue.

11am - meet at the hall. Infrastructure Safari
1pm - registration, lunch back at the hall.
2pm - Introductions, and overview. Speaker - Brian Deegan of Transport for London.
2:45pm - break for tea, coffee and maybe cake
3pm to 6pm - Cycling Infrastructure Summit
3pm to 6pm - (in parallel) website, materials and campaigning workshop
9:30am - tea, coffee
10am - official business (treasurer's report, elections, etc.)
10:30am - review of the year
11:15am - Second infrastructure safari
12:30pm - lunch
1:15pm - next year's plans / campaigning workshops and Q & A
3pm - wrap up
Anyone arriving the day before is welcome to attend Leicester's Critical Mass, which will start at 6pm on Friday evening. It's a friendly and well-behaved event.
