Good Cycling Facility of the Week: 30th August 2018

This week's Good Facility is a cheap, straightforward intervention to make a road outside a school a safe and pleasant environment for walking and cycling.

Simply add bollards! There are two sets of them, meaning the area directly in front of the school entrance is completely free of motor traffic. The road itself is also no longer a through-route for motor traffic.
