That's a pretty good piece, but bearing in mind...
they're also cyclists themselves who whole-heartedly agree with the aims and ambitions of the Cycling Embassy of Great Britain
Having seen http://cycling.access-legal.co.uk/2011/04/access-legal-tour-schools-to-h... I am somewhat wary and wonder if that's the sort of thing that CEGB really want to say is in whole-hearted accord with what they think. As you may gather from my comments on that piece, I rather hope not.
