This week's Good Cycling Facility is the brand-new cycle parking facility at Utrecht Centraal train station in the Netherlands - the biggest cycle parking facilility in the world, with 12,500 parking spaces.

The facility and its multiple levels of cycle parking is completely accessibly by bike, via a series of ramps and paths. It is open 24/7 and is guarded. Although the first 24 hours are free, parking charges apply afterwards - necessary due to the demand for this facility.

As with most Dutch cycle parking facilities of this type, digital displays indicate how many spaces are free in each aisle.
