Nothing particularly exciting about this week's facility - just a mundane piece of Dutch infrastructure.
This is a cycleway alongside Rijkstraatweg, the main road running between the town of Haren and the city of Groningen.
It's safely separated from motor traffic, has a smooth surface, and is wide enough (as you can see) to easily accommodate three people cycling side by side.
(Incidental detail - note also that the main road itself has no centre line)

I'd point out also that the continuous design of the cycle path makes it clear that cyclists have priority over cars entering and leaving entranceways to the houses.
