This week's Good Facility is the main train station at Houten, a new town on the outskirts of the city of Utrecht.
The station lies in a car-free area (although there is car parking nearby). As you can see from the photograph, the station itself is easily accessible by bike and on foot, with a wide cycle route running directly under the train station itself, connecting the two halves of this northern part of the town.
As with the rest of Houten, cycling and driving are almost entirely separated, meaning cycling to the station is safe and easy, for everyone.
