Good Cycling Facility of the Week: 26th March 2020

This week's Good Cycling Faciltiy is a cycle street in the city of Delft, with a modal filter (a series of bollards) designed to prevent through motor traffic.

This new design replaces a street with a paved separate cycleway (with rather bumpy tiles) - the low levels of motor traffc on the street mean that cycling can take prime position across the full street width, with a new, smooth asphalt surface.
