This week's Good Facility is a low motor traffic (and also pedestrianised) area in the centre of the Dutch town of Wageningen.
In the foreground is an access-only street which has limited amounts of motor traffic using it. In the background is a pedestrianised area in which cycling is allowed, with rising bollards that can be lowered on occasions when motor traffic needs essential access.
These kinds of environments are extremely common in the centres of Dutch towns, making them pleasant (and) safe places to walk and cycle.
