Good Cycling Facility of the Week: 17th January 2019

This week's Good Cycling Facility is a cycling and walking suspension bridge, connecting the new development of Leidsche Rijn with the centre of Utrecht - The Dafne Schippersbrug.

The bridge has clear, separate areas for walking and cycling, with adequate width for both modes. 

The eastern ramp of the bridge is actually built on top of a new school - the cycling infrastructure is actually an integral part of the building's design.
