This week's Good Facility is a cycle path in the Dutch countryside, between Delft and Zoetermeer in South Holland. The path forms the main direct route between the two settlements, although there are many other possible routes.
The path is marked with a centre line and is wide enough to accommodate side-by-side cycling in both directions. Trees have been planted along it, and - now mature - they provide shelter from the elements, reducing wind, and protecting from the sun and the rain.
This is essentially a small rural road, just for cycling (and walking).
(No Streetview link, unfortunately, because this is somwhere motor vehicles are not permitted!)
