CONSULTATIONS CLOSE ON 4TH JANUARY 2011

'The third Local Transport Plan for Herts County Council has just closed for consultation.... The plans are supposedly subject to change over the course of the plan, which is just as well as the plan covers the next twenty years and is only aiming for 10% of all journeys to be by bike by the end of this period!'
