Saturday 27th June

  • 11am - first infrastructure safari. Meet at Leicester Secular Hall (the venue) for a tour of cycling infrastructure, led by Leicester Cycle Campaign Group.
  • 1:30pm - lunch, informal discussion
  • 2pm - Introduction, and overview of the weekend.
  • 2:15pm - speaker - Brian Deegan of Transport for London
  • 2:50pm - coffee break.
  • 3pm - joint sessions - one an Infrastructure Summit, the other an Embassy website materials workshop.
  • 6pm - end, informal ride, pub, dinner.

Sunday 28th June

  • 9:30am - coffee/breakfast.
  • 10am - official business, including accounts, election of board, nominations.
  • 10:30am - review of the year
  • 11:15am - second infrastructure safari

  • 12:30pm - lunch

  • 1:15pm - Next year - what we’ll be doing / plan
  • 2pm - second joint session; follow-up on Infrastructure Summit, and second website materials session.
  • 4pm - close
