Public study tour, open to anyone who wishes to book, examining the cycling infrastructure of Assen and Groningen in the Netherlands. Led by David Hembrow of A View from the Cycle Path

Cost is €475 per person (including bed and breakfast accommodation), or €850 for hotel accommodation
