The Cycling Embassy 2017 AGM will be at the Whisky Bond in Glasgow, on 15th-17th September.
Early birds can arrive on Friday evening, when we'll be joining the Cyclehack team and presenting to them as part of their kick off.
On Saturday we'll start at 11am with a 'Welcome to Glasgow' infrastructure safari, beginning at Central Station (meet at the Gordon Street entrance), and finishing at the Whisky Bond. (here's the route).
At the venue, we'll provide some lunch, and then will crack on with the AGM business. We're finalising workshop details this weekend, but we'll be looking to develop some of our tools and projects - in particular, Cycling Fallacies, and our Infrastructure Library, as well as our Insert Loved One Here campaign.
A second safari, starting at around 5pm, will take us from the Whisky Bond into central Glasgow, for drinks and something to eat (route in two parts - part one, and part two).
On Sunday, we'll start reasonably early at 9:30am (again, starting from Central Station) with a safari out to the Bearsway, and back again (here's the route). We aim to be back at the Whiskey Bond around midday for lunch, followed by more (optional!) workshops on our projects. Those who have to head home can do so after the safari, but you're more than welcome to stay.
We look forward to seeing you in Glasgow! Please let us know if you plan to come on the Attending page.
