Embassy AGM 2016 - 16th/17th July, Cambridge

Our AGM this year will be on the weekend of the 16th/17th July, in the city of Cambridge.

We're booked in to the Ross Street Community Centre for both days. 

We're aiming to start our first infrastructure safari at 10am, and we'll do registration and formalities after that, along with lunch at the venue. 

Saturday 16th

10am - Infrastructure Safari. Meet at Cambridge railway station.

12pm - registration, lunch - at the Ross Street Community Centre. 

1pm - Introductions. Speaker - Daniel Zeicher, MP for Cambridge and Shadow Transport Minister.

1:30pm - questions.

1:45pm - Infrastructure Library introduction. A new project we hope to develop in conjunction with other organisations, aimed at helping cycle campaigners.

2pm to 4:30pm - Group work on the Infrastructure Library. Coffee breaks ad hoc.

4:30pm - Aidan van de Weyer, A10 Cycle Campaign.

5pm - Roundup of the year, Embassy core business. 

6pm - Finish, dinner.

Sunday 17th

10am - Second infrastructure safari. (Meeting location TBC).

12pm - Campaigning landscape workshop/discussion.

1pm - lunch.

2pm - 'What we do' discussion; future role for Space4Cycling.

3pm - Dealing with other (non cycling) organisations, and attempting to form alliances. 

4pm - END.
