Abstract:
This document sets out the principle, guidance and standards for designing to reduce barriers to cycling, in order to support road safety targets and increased levels of cycling in London.
It is aimed not just at designers of cycle route schemes, but at all designers of infrastructure that cyclists will use or that will affect cyclists.
